—————————————————Refund PolicyOnce payment has been received, I will not be accepting refunds. So please be sure you are ready to purchase when the quote is sent.(Please do not commission me if you are not in the financial position to do so)If you decide you do not want an add on BEFORE the invoice is paid, I can remove it and adjust the quoted price BEFORE purchase.—————————————————Payment-At this time, all payments will be received through Ko-Fi.-I will reach out to you via email for any additional information regarding your commission.-Once everything has been confirmed I will give you a total for the commission.
(Total may vary based on complexity of your character(s) and is up to the artists discretion)-If you would like to set up a payment arrangement, please inform me so we can discuss payment dates.-If the total is approved by the customer, a quote with a summery of services will be sent to the email/contact provided.-Full quote, (or first payment) must be paid before I start the sketch for your commission. Art will not be delivered until the full quote has been paid.—————————————————
Time Frame and Communication-All communication will be done through Email (or preferred form of contact.)-Once payment has been received, I will start on the sketch for your art. This may take up to 7 business days depending on adjustments needed.
(If I am creating the design from scratch for a model or reference sheet, it can take longer. I cannot guarantee a time frame for an original design, as there will be a lot of communication back and forth)-I will send an image of the sketch to you for approval. Once the final sketch is approved, (and all payments have been made) I will start the line art. This may take up to 7 business days.
(Any adjustments requested during the sketch phase are free. Including those needed for original designs. Once the sketch is complete and accepted, the first revision requested for the artwork is free. All other revisions are subject to additional charge of $30 per revision, and will take up to 48 hours extra to complete)-After line art is complete I will send a progress image of the art with flats.
(Please be sure reference images provided to me are color accurate and/or include a color pallet. If base colors need to be changed due to inaccurate references, that will count as the free revision)-The rendering stage may take longer depending on how many Extras are chosen and the complexity of the characters design(s). All final time frames at this stage will be communicated during the process.—————————————————
Delivery-The art will be delivered via email or google drive link to the email/contact provided.
-For L2D model art, anyone given the link will have access to download the PSD file. So only share it with your rigger!
-Any edits made to the model art in the PSD file is NOT allowed. If something needs to be changed, please reach out to me to fix it.
(ex. If there is a layer error on my part, that hinders the rigger from rigging your model properly, there will be no additional cost. Please have the rigger reach out to me via email to confirm what needs changing.)
-Similarly, edits made to finished illustration commissions is also NOT allowed.
